hit the spot !
We believe music gives people power.

Through listening, we respond: through responding, we play. Through playing, we communicate.
The Count Me In team enables this gentle change from silence to sound. Our aim is to support everyone to ‘hit the spot’, and find their musical potential through improvisation.

What makes our work different from most is our team. Count Me In are an integrated, friendly team of musicians and service users. We’ll support you to play percussion and drums with us, and we will add melodeon, flute, electric guitar, bass and didgeridoo.Count Me In provide workshops where leadership, boundaries, tools, and ideas help you discover your own way to participate.

We won’t judge you, but we will include you. We use movement, and story lines, and plenty of fun.Count Me In can help you develop your musicality and rhythm skills, build co-ordination and help you find the groove. Expect to work as a team, listen, take turns, respond to prompts, improvise, make suggestions, and lead the group if you want to!

Join us on a journey : playing music together that crosses boundaries, creates connections, develops friendships
and nurtures emotional intelligence.
